It's never easy for individual people to part with their hard-earned cash, nor for some businesses. Although many corporations have social responsibility programmes that assist organizations such as ourselves and other community projects, we sadly still have no assistance. It would be so welcomed!! Thus far, with many thanks to so many individuals, who have helped us along the way, we have progressed. We have no fancy anythings, but good intent to genuinely Help bring Peace to others. Without those individuals help the Peace Meals served to others could not have been possible. We appreciate your humble gesture of kindness in wanting to help others and for supporting our mission.

Danny was very kind and expressed concerned for the homeless in the area of Cape Town, government avenue and surrounds. He promptly provided us with the best freshly baked breads and rolls for FREE distribution to hundreds of homeless in and around Cape Town.He also gave so many of the breads and rolls from the previous day that were still of very high quality. This was a fresh change from the mouldy bread they received (at a price) from the other soup kitchens in town.Doppio Zero has pledged to continue supporting us and will look at how to assist with other small regular needs.Gauranga Peace Meals is happy to be associated with an establishment that has a high regard for its customers and the needs of the poor at heart.
GEORGE and PETER of DTPR CONCEPTS ( As of May 2011)
George and Peter are highly motivated and creative induviduals who initially helped us with with some Graphic design and marketing needs. They were completely professional in their approach and execution of their trade and extended their aid to providing enough rice and beans to feed 1000 meals a month (approx R 350.oo p/m). Rice and beans are an essential ingredient in our cooking and without this constant supply from George and Peter we would not cope.We are extremely grateful for their concern,and we pray we may have a long friendship with DTPR and together benefit so many more needy persons.
MATTHEW DESMOND SMITH of VOODOO THEATRE FX( For as Long as I can remember )
Matthew is the most talented and knowlegeable person in South Africa when it comes to CG ANIMATION.He simply has no equals. He operates independently under the name ' VOODOO Fx'. He has been a constant well-wisher to Gauranga Peace Meals and its mission ...Forever!!! VOODOO Fx has loaned premises to us and also provides us our only funding at present.His financial help and friendship has been very much welcomed and appreciated.Thanks a GaZillion !

Danny and I always met in Government Avenue whilst he walked Zara. He got to hear of what I was doing and wanted to be part of it. Initially Danny just bought some plates and spoons or spices but then his wife also got involved.Next thing I knew we were having steering-committee meetings at Doppio Zero with him and that's when I met Steve McDermont another supporter of Gauranga Peace Meals.Between Danny,Colleen and Steve they clubbed together to purchase us some fine pots and gas burners. Danny also helps fetch our fruit and veg from the market on a weekly basis. Danny has also been instrumental in aiding the relocation of some street persons in the CBD where he lives. My Super Hero's.

Steve we met through Danny and Colleen. Steve helped fund our great new pots and also is giving a Voucher from Fruit and Veg City every month for our project.Thanks for the kind gesture.

Originally Conway only gave me a few 50c pieces but later put me in contact with DTPR who donate our rice and beans.Then he helped serve out meals and give a steady flow of paper plates and spoons. He also helped me with setting up of our first web-site that is now housed within Tania's( his girlfriend)own web-site.Thanks for all you did for us.
